Vinyasa Flow Classes
Jennifer Brilliant Yoga offers vinyasa flow classes in a serene, supportive space. Experienced teachers help students reach the greatest expression of their potential through smooth, creative posture sequences derived from their eclectic trainings. They bring refined and practical information from ancient yogic traditions as well as a range of contemporary bodywork practices.
Each student receives careful, specific individual attention to help them overcome imbalances, improve alignment and enhance their breathing to find the full depth of their personal practice.
Class Levels
Beginner classes are designed for people who are new to yoga, or would like to work at a slower pace. Basic yoga poses and alignment principles are presented along with how to apply our mental attention moment by moment to gain the full benefit of each pose.
Beginner/Intermediate classes are taught to a varying range of levels. We encourage new students and can be inspired by someone who has practiced for a longer time. Teachers are prepared to offer modifications appropriate to each individual.
Intermediate classes are for those who would like to deepen their established yoga practice. Classes include subtle refinements for students to utilize in sequences that open our bodies and challenge our minds.
Open level class accommodates students at any stage of practice. Beginners will be instructed in basic sequences of poses, while more challenging variations will be given for advanced practitioners. In-depth alignment cues and a focus on uniting movement and breath provide insights for students at all levels.
