All Levels Yoga
Time: 10 – 11:30 am
Sunday morning is a lovely time at the studio. Come together with a small group for a varied and personal exploration of yoga’s many facets. Expect to be coaxed, supported, engaged and challenged. Each week is different, but the constant is the attention to detail and the attention to YOU. This class can help you build a foundation of practice or deepen the knowledge you already have. All levels are welcome.

On the first Friday of the month, Jennifer will be offering master classes that are of value to yoga teachers, yogis and ordinary humans. Everyone is welcome.

Friday, Sept 15, 9:30 – 11 am
Standing Poses strengthen and steady our legs while keeping them flexible and agile. The power of these beautiful poses can help us find more ease in city walking and subway standing.
Friday, Oct 6, 9:30 – 11 am
Rather than wait for the perfect workout opportunity (which never seems to come) standing well is an opportunity to lengthen your spine and engage your core with a balance of effort and ease. Your discs and organs will appreciate it. You will look better and good posture can even elevate your mood.
Friday, Nov 3, 9:30 – 11 am
November Mini Vacation
You’ll move, you’ll stretch and then using meditation and mudra find your own inner sanctuary of tranquility in Restorative Poses. Relish some precious moments of contentment.
Friday, Dec 1, 9:30 – 11 am
Using a variety of therapeutic balls, you’ll find, release, and massage and your tight spots. With an awakened sense of freedom, you’ll be nourished by both movement and relaxation.
