What’s in a name? If anyone ever lived up to theirs it certainly is Jennifer Brilliant and I wholeheartedly recommend her.

You have helped me to listen to my own inner voice, to trust what I know, and to be open and receptive to all that is to come.

Jennifer’s MO as a personal trainer is professional and devoted, attentive, knowledgeable and considerate.

My shoulder injury had defied doctors and chiropractors and was getting worse. Jennifer put me on a program which quickly brought my shoulder back to health and in fact my entire upper body is now in superb shape.

Working with Jennifer has helped me deal with the root causes of my back, arm and hand pain. After one of her Sunday yoga classes, I feel ready for the workweek.

Jennifer’s attention to detail, strict emphasis on form, proper balance in exercise and unfailing good humor make her a joy to work with.

Yoga initially provided an avenue for physical therapy before and after surgery, but it has become an integral part of my life. Though I have gained weight, I feel lighter, despite the lack of strength training or weightlifting, I feel stronger and while I am the same height, I stand taller. Your presence for the last four years is the primary reason for my progress. We could not ask for an instructor more knowledgeable, dedicated, entertaining or enlightening than you.

Even if we didn’t like yoga we would take your class because we like you.

Your attention to my digestive issues has helped me tremendously and, I am certain, permanently. You’ve helped me realize where I hold tension and unwanted emotion and how to work to release that and even embrace that to some extent.

I want to thank you for thinking of us outside of class and finding different ways to bring us step by step through our individual and group weaknesses to higher levels of ability and awareness.

YOU ROCK, and your ability to truly see a student is an inspiration to me.
